Sub-series 3. Division Files, 1954-2011, undated

Arranged alphabetically by subject, this sub-series contains Stauffer Chemical Company Division Files, which were collected and maintained by John E. Stauffer. The files in this sub-series document the activities of several Stauffer Chemical divisions during John E. and Hans Stauffer’s tenures with the firm. Documentation of John E. and Hans Stauffer’s involvement in the divisions’ activities is also found here.

The contents of the Division Files consist of a variety of materials. Correspondence and articles make up the largest components of this sub-series. Smaller, but noticeable, amounts of reports, press releases, Stauffer Chemical publications are also found in these files. Small amounts of other miscellaneous materials, including, but not limited to, notes, financial documents, and non-Stauffer Chemical materials are preserved here as well.
