Sub-series 4. Miscellaneous Files, 1983-2018

Arranged alphabetically by subject, this sub-series contains a few miscellaneous files pertaining to John E. Stauffer’s book Quality Assurance of Food: Ingredients, Processing and Distribution that do not readily fit elsewhere in the arrangement of this series. The materials in these files mainly concern the publication and promotion of the book. A file concerning a visit by Stauffer to Nabisco’s headquarters in East Hannover, New Jersey and a file of Stauffer’s general correspondence regarding the book are also present here.

Correspondence, notes, articles, and brochures are the most commons materials found in the Miscellaneous Files. Small amounts of other miscellaneous materials, including, but not limited to, article reprints, papers, and legal documents are preserved here as well.
