Series XII. Images, 1960-1980, undated

Arranged alphabetically by subject, this series contains photographs collected by John E. Stauffer. Most of the photographs in this series are of John E. Stauffer’s father and longtime Stauffer Chemical Company executive Hans Stauffer. A few photographs of Stauffer Chemical’s Richmond Research Center and a photograph of a Stauffer Chemical cream of tartar plant are also found in this series. A few photographs of the Sunshiners Camp (a regular gathering of corporate executives), two photographs of members of the Stauffer Family, and a single photograph of the University of Southern California’s John Stauffer Pharmaceutical Sciences Center are also present here.

Black and white photographs make the bulk of the Images series. A few color photographs and a small amount of accompanying correspondence are preserved here as well.
