Series Description
Arranged alphabetically by subject, this series contains Kenneth R. Shoulders’ patent files. These files concern Shoulders’ successful and unsuccessful efforts to patent a few of the inventions conceived by him between the mid 1970s and 2000. The files in this series provide primary documentation of the legal processes through which Shoulders sought to patent his inventions in the United States. They also contain technical information for the inventions represented in this series.
The contents of the Patent Files consist mainly of correspondence, legal documents, and copies of patents. A couple of publications, a few drawing reproductions, and notes are found in this series as well.
