The Spinco Historical Collection contains the corporate records of the Spinco Division of Beckman Coulter, Incorporated. The collection is arranged into the following eight series:

Sub-series Description

Arranged alphabetically by subject, this sub-series contains fifteen 16 mm motion picture films. The films pertain to the history of the Spinco Division and its parent company Beckman Instruments, Incorporated. A majority of the films in this sub-series are documentaries, which include footage of Beckman Instruments facilities and operations. Of particular note are the documentaries Instrumentation, Narrated by Dr. Beckman andRichfield Success Story: The Beckman Story. A handful of educational/training films, most notablyOperation of the Beckman Ultramicro Analytical System, are also found here. Two films of an interview of Beckman Instruments’ president William Ballhaus are preserved in this sub-series as well.
