Scope and Content
The Spinco Historical Collection contains the corporate records of the Spinco Division of Beckman Coulter, Incorporated. The collection is arranged into the following eight series:

Sub-series Description
Arranged alphabetically by subject, this sub-series contains negatives pertaining to Spinco. The negatives preserved in this sub-series were created by the Spinco Division under the ownership of its corporate parents Beckman Instruments, Incorporated and SmithKline Beckman Corporation.
A majority of the images in the Negatives sub-series are of instruments, components, and accessories manufactured by Spinco. A large number of Spinco training class group photos, which are of Spinco employees and customers, are also found in this sub-series. Small numbers of images of SmithKline Beckman and Beckman Instruments facilities, Spinco trade show exhibits, and graphs are preserved here as well.
The contents of the Negatives sub-series consists mainly of black and white negatives. A few color negatives, black and white negative strips, and color negative strips are also preserved here.
