Scope and Content
The L. Arthur D’Asaro Papers contain the personal papers of American physicist and electronics engineer L. Arthur D’Asaro. The collection is arranged into the following eight series:

Sub-series Description
Arranged alphabetically, this sub-series contains materials pertaining to Bell Laboratories that do not fit elsewhere in the Bell Laboratories Files series. Most of the files concern some of the various activities of Bell Laboratories and a handful of its staff members. A few files regarding L. Arthur D’Asaro’s career at Bell Laboratories are also found here.
The files in the Miscellaneous sub-series contain a variety of materials. Correspondence, internal memorandums, memorandums for record, and reports are the most common materials found in this sub-series. Administrative documents, staff lists, and minutes are also preserved here. Award certificates, fliers, notes, illustrations, printed materials, and photocopied articles are preserved in this sub-series as well.
