Scope and Content
The L. Arthur D’Asaro Papers contain the personal papers of American physicist and electronics engineer L. Arthur D’Asaro. The collection is arranged into the following eight series:

Sub-series Description
Arranged alphabetically by title, this sub-series contains the contents of subject binders created and/or maintained by L. Arthur D’Asaro during his career at Princeton Optronics. A majority of these files document research and development work conducted on vertical cavity surface-emitting lasers by D’Asaro and his Princeton Optronics colleagues. A handful files documenting D’Asaro’s work on other Princeton Optronics projects are also found here.
The contents of the Subject Binders sub-series consist mainly of notes, correspondence, and presentations. Papers, web page printouts, and drawing reproductions are also found in this sub-series. A single 3.5 inch floppy disk is preserved here as well.
