Scope and Content
The L. Arthur D’Asaro Papers contain the personal papers of American physicist and electronics engineer L. Arthur D’Asaro. The collection is arranged into the following eight series:

Sub-series Description
Arranged alphabetically by subject, this sub-series contains printed materials published by Bell Laboratories. Some information regarding research and development work carried out by Bell Laboratories on various technological projects is preserved in this sub-series. A limited amount of information regarding the history and operations of Bell Laboratories is also available here.
Issues of The Bell System Technical Journal make up the largest part of this sub-series. Directories, organizational charts, and newsletters are also found in this sub-series. Small numbers of brochures, reports, magazines, style guides, papers by Bell Laboratories employees, and employee handbooks are also present in this sub-series. Maps, stationary samples, and a program are preserved here as well.
