Sub-series Description
Arranged alphabetically by subject, this sub-series contains miscellaneous printed materials collected by L. Arthur D’Asaro over the course of his career. Most of the materials in these files regard the work of D’Asaro’s fellow electronics engineers and technological developments in the electronics engineering field. A handful of subjects that were of personal interest to D’Asaro are also documented here.
The contents of the Miscellaneous Printed Materials consist of a variety of materials. Photocopied articles, articles downloaded from web pages, article reprints, and photocopied papers make up the largest portion of the Miscellaneous Printed Materials. Conference proceedings, handbooks, scientific journals, newsletters, magazine articles, and magazines are also present in this sub-series. A few presentation handouts, a few miscellaneous publications, and two reports are also found in the Miscellaneous Printed Materials sub-series. Two issues of the Daily Northwestern, a Ph.D. dissertation by John H. Carran (with a few photographs), and a poster are preserved here as well.
