The Richard W. Dodson Papers contain the personal papers of American scientist Richard W. Dodson. The collection is arranged into the following six series:

Sub-series Description
Arranged alphabetically by subject, this sub-series contains printed materials published by Brookhaven National Laboratory, which provide extensive official documentation of the history of the facility and scientific research conducted there. Richard W. Dodson contributed to and/or is mentioned in most of the publications found in this sub-series. Scientific research conducted in Brookhaven’s Chemistry Department by Dodson himself and/or under his oversight is documented in these materials as well.
The contents of this sub-series consist mainly of Brookhaven annual reports and progress reports. Other miscellaneous Brookhaven publications, including but not limited to, in-house newsletters, chemistry conference reports, and lectures are also found here. A bound set of article reprints written by members of Brookhaven’s Chemistry Department staff (including Dodson) are preserved in this sub-series as well.
