Scope and Content
The William A. Lester, Jr. Papers contain the professional and personal papers of African American theoretical chemist and chemistry educator William A. Lester, Jr. The collection is arranged into the following thirteen series:

Sub-series Description
This sub-series contains slides generated by the National Resource for Computation in Chemistry (NRCC), which was based at Lawerence Berkeley Laboratory. It consists mainly of NRCC presentation slides. A few slides of Lawerence Berkeley Laboratory and NRCC staff are also present here.
Color slides make up the bulk of the images in this sub-series. A single black and white slide is preserved here as well.
