Series IV. Research Files, 1980-2007, undated

Arranged alphabetically by subject, this series contains Kent R. Zeller’s Research Files, which he collected and maintained during his professional career. Most of the files in this series concern flavor manufacturers and flavor ingredient suppliers that were of interest to Zeller. Single files concerning a produce grower and a research laboratory are also found in this series. Zeller conducted business with some of the firms represented in this series while working at Hershey Foods Corporation.

The contents of the Research Files consist of a wide variety of materials. Sales packets, brochures, and product lists are the most common materials found in this series. Smaller, but noticeable, amounts of publications, presentation handouts, articles, and sales booklets are also present in the Research Files. Small amounts of other miscellaneous materials, including, but not limited to, correspondence, price lists, and press releases are preserved here as well.
