The Klemm Report was a follow-up to “IUPAC—What It Is—What It Does—How It Works—How It Is Financed” in which Wilhelm Klemm outlined the work of the Union and its various divisions during the period 1957-1967. Klemm had been President of IUPAC from 1965 to 1967. The file includes a copy of the report.
