Biographical sketch
The Eastman Dry Plate Company became Eastman Kodak in 1892. After decades of involvement in the area of cameras and film, Kodak has now repositioned itself as a digital imaging enterprise, although it still manufacture certain types of specialty films and Kodak-branded cameras are still sold in parts of the developing world.
