Biographical sketch
Williams Haynes was the longtime editor of Chemical Industries Modern Plastics and other industry publications. In addition to his being a recognized authority in the field of chemical economics, he was the author of a five-volume history of the American chemical industry. Over his 38-year career he amassed a large volume of reference and research materials.
