General Note

This collection consists of two hardbound octavo ledgers and one pocket notebook. All three items are undated. These formularies appeared to have been used in the 1940s and 1950s, although much of the material contained in them is probably of an earlier origin. They contain recipes for many popular nostrums such as baldness cures.
