Scope and content

As stated in the accompanying publicity, this exhibition was the culmination of the graduate students' year long practicum at the institute. It drew upon the institute's holdings and was aiming at providing real world experience in the design, preparation and presentation of professional level exhibits. The exhibition examines the role of plastics in fashion and the decorative arts.

This is a publicity kit prepared for the news media. It contains text describing the exhibition and images of some of the items on display. The kit consists of a clear plastic folder, nine pages of text, an illustrated three-panel fold-out brochure, five black and white 8x10 photographs and five color 2x2 mounted slides.
