Biographical sketch
Madame Curie was a 1943 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer film directed by Mervyn LeRoy and starring the popular acting team of Greer Garson and Walter Pigeon as Marie and Pierre Curie. It was based upon a biography of her mother written by Eve Curie and was said to have been more historically accurate than most Hollywood products of the day.
