Scope and Content
The Records of the American Chemical Society Committee on Divisional Activities contain the committee’s institutional records. The files in this collection document the Committee on Divisional Activities’ oversight and coordination of the ACS’ divisional activities. Because the committee is an oversight and advisory body, the files’ contents relate to institutional matters, including, but not limited to, governance and finance.

Arranged alphabetically by ACS division title, the contents of the files in this collection consist of mainly of correspondence. Small amounts of a variety of other miscellaneous materials generated by various ACS divisions, including, but not limited to, reports, notes, by-laws, minutes, newsletters, handbooks, and miscellaneous printed materials are preserved in this collection as well.
