From the Collection:

The Beckman Historical Collection contains the corporate records of the American scientific and medical instrument manufacturer Beckman Coulter, Incorporated and the personal papers of American scientist and industrialist Arnold O. Beckman. The collection is arranged into the following fourteen series:

Sub-series Description

Arranged alphabetically by format, this sub-series contains a handful of miscellaneous audio-visual materials that do not fit elsewhere in the Audio-Visual Materials series. Two Blu-ray discs, which contain copies of the videotapes preserved in Series XII, Sub-series 1 are found in this sub-series. Two 3.5 inch floppy disks, which contain a database of photographs in the Beckman Collection and a list of the first one hundred users of the DU Spectrophotometer respectively, are also found here. A 45 RPM phonograph record, entitled More $ell in ’60, Recorded at the 1960 SPID Convention, Food for One Alcoholic Spin is preserved in this sub-series. Accompanying correspondence for the CD-ROM Spinco History Data CD and an accompanying index for “Exhibit DVD Titles” (located in Box 100A Objects 36-61 and Box 100B Objects 1-11) are found here as well.
