Bodensee Perkin-Elmer Museum of Instrumental Analysis files
These are the surviving files of the scientific instrumentation museum established by the European branch of the Perkin-Elmer Corporation in Bodensee, Germany. The processed portion of this collection is arranged into four series: Museum Administration Files, Research Files, Technical Information Files and Workshops. The unprocessed portions are broadly listed as Miscellaneous. Collection partially processed in 2003.

This collection consists of a tan vinyl ring binder containing Vaniman's original notes and schematics for a Vibrating Reed Electrometer constructed for the Argonne National Laboratory in 1947. The binder offers a fairly comprehensive account of the conception and construction of the instrument.
